對一些已在從事創作的基督徒，創文希望能有針對性的提供牧養，包括在神裡的藝術家品格應為何，個人屬靈生命檢驗，創造力的源頭要如何掌握，神對文字的異象和呼召等。
有下列幾種形式：
a. 基督徒文人退修會
對不同地方的基督徒文人團體，創文可以提供文人退修會帶領，為基督徒文人培靈。除了南加洛城寫作團契已辦了十二屆，也和北美海外校園、台灣宇宙光、北加天路客事工、德州耘心團契等機構合作同工 。
b. M100 作者靜修營
M100 作者靜修營的設計，採作者一人在神面前，用禱告的靈，在每天設計好的帶領問題下，用筆來整理自己的屬靈生命。然後，每日由屬靈導師花一小時一對一，幫助作者釐清一些靈裡或生活面的問題。
此課程的目的，還是回歸「工人先於工作，作者重於作品，真誠勝於一切」的創文精神。
c. 製作一系列的文人牧養DVD

寫出默示的呼喚
道成肉身的寫作
美的漂泊、門外的困惑
雅各的天梯
d. 出版文字事奉書系
此書系正在進行寫作，盼能在2012年，繁體字版由台灣宇宙光出版社，簡體字版尚在尋覓大陸合適出版社：
《美的漂泊、門外的困惑》 － 縱向、橫向談基督教文學在信仰裡的定位
《創作，是一種屬靈的經歷》 －文字事奉寫作方面的相關實際教導
《在永世裡拋擲一個身影》－基督徒文人的靈命造就牧養
《流行文化知多少》 － 探討流行文化對信仰的影響和回應
e. 定期推出網上座談會(Webinar)
盼能針對南加之外的基督徒文字人，藉此來牧養連誼。
2012年開始，將階段性在北美(包括加拿大)、歐洲、東南亞、大陸等地推出。
Spiritual Formation for Christian Writers
The GCWMI provides spiritual formation programs for those just get started or established Christian writers with a nurturing environment where they can grow artistically and spiritually.
a. Christian Writers Retreat
The Institute is able to design Christian Writer’s Retreats tailored towards different writers groups according to their specific needs. In the past, the Institute has held 12 Christian Writer’s Annual Retreats in Southern California, and partnered with other overseas organizations in bringing great results for local ministries.
b. M100 One-to-one Mentorship Program
This one-on-one program is geared toward helping writers to have their personal devotion with God. By using a series of questionnaires designed by experts, a spiritual mentor is designated to help the individual to organize his inner thoughts and learn to face daily challenges through spiritual teaching and shepherding.
The goal for this class is to instill the spirit of GCWMI: a genuine commitment precedes everything, workers shall come before their works, and the lives of authors shall speak volume of their writings.

e. Regular Webinar forums
As a way of connecting Christian writers who live outside Southern California, the Institute holds regular Webinar meetings. The on-line forum is expected to expand to Northern America, Europe, Southeast Asia and the mainland China. |
